Full Weekend Students

As a full weekend student you will have access to all of the following plus perhaps a few surprises along the way! 

  • Catered meals from Friday supper thru Sunday lunch (some dietary accomendations available- see FAQ)

  • Rustic style bunkbed cabins with added magic of climate control (both heating and cooling) and in cabin shared restrooms and showers. -Additional shower house available. Please indicate at checkout if you are wanting adult only cabin. 

  • Sorting Ceremony

  • Forest night hike

  • Archery lessons

  • Campfire

  • Puzzle contest

  • One-of-a-kind magical memorabilia

  • First priority of participating in Trihoop Tournament (additional liability waiver required)

  • Early admittance and full access to Saturday's Rivertracks School of Witchcraft and Wizardry classrooms

  • Access to game room (Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday morning)

Be sure to pack your trunks with the following items!

  • Pillow

  • Twin bed linens

  • Toiletries

  • Medications

  • Snacks

  • School robes/costumes (at your discretion- however this is a family event)

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Phone charger

  • Limited cash or card in case of extra purchases

Important Information

The YMCA Camp is an alcohol and tobacco free campus. They reserve the right to expel anyone that is found with these products. If this occurs, you will not be reimbursed your ticket prices. 

This event is open to all who share the love of the magical world regardless of age, gender, orientation or religion. 

We reserve the right to expel any students that create a hostile, intimidating environment or found bullying other students. If this occurs, you will not be reimbursed your ticket prices. 

This is a family friendly experience and we reserve the right to expel any students that have offensive, obscene or inappropriate attire. If this occurs, you will not be reimbursed your ticket prices. 

All students will need to fill out the YMCA liability waiver & TimeTurner Events waiver (found at cart or can be downloaded and emailed). If within one household- may place all family names on one waiver and sign. If there is no waiver on file- you will be required to fill out at arrival prior to vacating your vehicle. This will delay your entrance so it is highly encouraged you fill these out at time of ticket purchase or shortly after and email as instructed.  

Additional Trihoop Tournament liability form will be required if you wish to participate. These will be made available on-site at the information area. 

This is a limited ticket event

Full weekend tickets are partially-refundable, please read policy regarding amount of forfeiture. Tickets are not transferable. 

Day tickets are non-refundable or transferable. 

First aid staff will be available during entire weekend, with the exception of overnight hours. 

This event is in no way affilicated with J.K. Rowling or Warner Brothers Studios.

Full Weekend Students

When Does Check-In Begin?

Check-In begins at 5:00PM on Friday

Where is Everything Located?

This is a true boarding school expereince. Once arriving, everything from lodging, meals to classrooms and activities are within walking disctance.

Where Can I Find Parking?

We are very limited on parking availablity. We highly encourage you to carpool with other students if you are able. There will be parking assistants and signage to aid in where to go.

I have special dietary needs, can this be accomendated?

We are able to accomendate for the following: Vegetaterin/Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free and nut-free. If you or anyone in your party is needing the accomendation- please select this as an 'add on' when checking out and place in comments how many in your party are needing this modification. 

Is there anything prohibited?

Alcohol, tobacco, drugs are prohibited and if you are found in possession of them, you will be promptly removed from campus and will not be refunded.

How Can I ensure I’m placed in the same cabin as my family/friends if we purchase tickets individually?

You may make a comment in the checkout as you are purchasing tickets, however please also send us an owl at timeturnereventsllc@gmail.com with the party names and number that you are wanting to be bunked with.

I don’t want to be bunked in a cabin with kids. Is this possible?

Yes, upon checkout of ticket purchase- please select that you want an adult-only cabin. It will be assumed that all within your ticketed party is requesting adult only. 

Can you accommodate children under 4? 

No, unfortunately the YMCA camp does not have the ability to accommodate for cribs/highchairs/etc.

Saturday Only Students (Day Tickets)

Is There a Price Difference For Adults vs Kids?

Unfortunately no, we are required to pay the same for all individuals therefore cannot offer a discounted rate for kids. Children under two do not require tickets.

When Does Check-In Begin?

Check-in begins at 8:30AM on Saturday and is ongoing throughout the day. 

When Do I Have to Leave By?

Campus closes at 5:30PM on Saturday for all day ticket indivduals.

Can I Leave and Come back? 

Yes, please ensure you keep your event bracelet on for re-entry.

What Should I Wear?

School robes and coustumes are of course highly encouraged but not required. Please keep in mind this is a family event and we reserve the right to ask anyone wearing offensive or obscene clothing to leave. Although most of the classrooms are inside with climate control, there are few that do not and there are some outdoor activies. Dressing in layers is usually best! Wearing comfortable shoes is also highly encouraged since the classrooms are spread out and terrain can be uneven at times.
